If you purchased any of our carrproducts through an authorized Marini Skin Solutions’ reseller, please return those items to the place of original purchase. Nugen-Rx will only return items purchased directly from mariniskinsolutionscanada.com or an authorized reseller. For reasons explained in the section below entitled “Unauthorized Resellers,” we cannot accept returns of items purchased from unauthorized resellers or through unauthorized channels.

To initiate a return, please contact janmarini.ca Customer Service at info@mariniskinsolutionscanada.com; we are available Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST.

Once a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is issued*, please mail the following items to mariniskinsolutions.com

1. Copy of original invoice
2. RMA Number
3. Unused portion of product
4. All original packaging

Once the returned product is received, Nugen-Rx will process your return within 14 business days and apply a refund to the credit card used to purchase the item. To ensure receipt of the product we recommend tracking shipment. Nugen-Rx is not responsible for return shipping charges or lost items.

*RMA is valid for 30 days from the date issued.
